About the Role

Description

Position Summary

The Content Creator Summer Intern will support Hlavinka Equipment Company by helping capture engaging photo and video content at dealership locations, company events, and during day-to-day operations. This position will assist with creating content used for social media, recruiting, company branding, and employee/customer spotlights.


This internship is ideal for someone interested in photography, videography, social media, communications, or digital content creation who is looking to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment.


The ideal candidate is creative, organized, comfortable interacting with employees and customers, and willing to travel occasionally to different store locations to gather content.


Key Responsibilities

  • Capture photos and videos of equipment, employees, customers, and dealership operations.
  • Assist with creating content for social media, recruiting, and company branding efforts.
  • Help develop employee spotlights, event features, and dealership culture initiatives. 
  • Travel to various dealership locations to gather content as needed.
  • Organize and maintain digital photo/video files and content libraries.
  • Assist with basic video editing, graphic design, and content formatting.
  • Collaborate with the Complex Marketing Coordinator on ideas and creative projects.
  • Attend company events, trainings, or community activities when needed for content capture.
  • Maintain professionalism and ensure company branding is reflected appropriately.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

  • Flexible schedule with occasional travel or event coverage as needed

Work Environment

This role requires working in both indoor and outdoor environments, including dealership lots, shops, and event settings. Occasional travel between locations will be required.

Requirements

  •  Interest in photography, videography, social media, communications, journalism, or related fields. 
  • Comfortable using smartphones, cameras, and social media platforms. 
  • Strong communication and organizational skills. 
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail. 
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred

  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar editing software. 
  • Previous experience creating social media or photo/video content. 
  • Knowledge of agriculture, construction equipment, or dealership operations is a plus.
