About the Internship
Looking to gain real-world experience in marketing, communication, leadership, and sales?
All-Weather Seal of West Michigan is offering a hands-on Field Marketing & Sales Internship designed for motivated individuals who want to build professional skills, gain confidence, and develop leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
This is not a desk internship.
You’ll work directly with homeowners in the field, develop communication skills, learn performance-driven marketing strategies, and gain exposure to leadership development within a growing company.
What You’ll Do
- Work assigned neighborhoods alongside experienced team members
- Engage homeowners in professional, confident conversations
- Learn how to identify customer needs
- Generate and schedule appointments for our sales team
- Track daily goals and performance metrics
- Develop communication and relationship-building skills
- Participate in daily coaching and mentorship sessions
You are not responsible for closing sales.
Your role is to create opportunity and develop professional communication skills in a real-world setting.
