RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support Firmwide Process & Workflow Improvements
- Assist in mapping current workflows across offices and identifying opportunities to streamline.
- Help standardize processes into repeatable, scalable operating playbooks.
Data & KPI Analysis
- Support preparation of reports and dashboards that track utilization, productivity, and client service metrics.
- Conduct operational research to help leadership understand trends and bottlenecks.
Technology Support & Optimization
- Assist in evaluating practice management and CRM tools (Canopy, Karbon, etc.).
- Help test new software features or implementations and document best practices.
Cross‑Office Collaboration
- Coordinate with office leaders to gather information, track progress, and support new initiatives.
- Help maintain alignment and communication across multi‑office teams.
Project Management Support
- Update project plans, timelines, and action items for practice‑wide initiatives.
- Assist in preparing materials for leadership meetings and operational reviews.
Vendor & Outsourcing Support
- Help research third‑party vendors, outsourcing partners, and technology point solutions.
- Support vendor comparisons, cost/benefit summaries, and recommendations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Operations Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Excel, Sheets, or data tools.
- Interest in professional services operations or systems strategy.
- Comfortable learning new software quickly.
- Strong communicator who enjoys supporting cross‑functional teams.
- Resourceful, proactive, and energized by building structure in fast‑moving environments.
