在实验室从事金相制样，万能材料试验机，冲击试验机及辅助进行熔炼工作

Main responsibilities 主要职责

1. 设备操作： 在研发经理指导下，独立操作万能材料试验机、冲击试验机金相制样机等设备，完成金属、塑料等样品的力学性能测试（如拉伸、压缩、弯曲、冲击韧性等）和微观组织分析，在进行实验室熔炼铸造样品时进行辅助。
2. 样品准备： 按照标准（如GB/ASTM）对样品进行标记、测量和预处理。
3. 数据记录： 准确记录测试过程中的原始数据，并整理成规范的电子版报告。
4. 日常维护： 负责试验设备的日常点检、清洁和简单保养，发现异常及时上报。
5. 协助工作： 协助工程师进行测试方案的准备、实验室5S管理及其他临时任务。

Essential

大专或本科及以上在读，材料科学、金属材料/材料成型等相关专业。

· 了解金属材料熔炼与铸造，熟悉材料微观组织及力学基本概念（如强度、韧性、冲击韧性等），有实验室操作经验者优先。

· 工作细致、有责任心，能规范记录数据，具备基本的安全意识。

· 能熟练使用Office软件（Excel/Word）。
