We are seeking a high-caliber Talent Acquisition (TA) Intern to support our Group TA team in Hong Kong. This internship offers hands-on exposure to TA strategy and transformation initiatives across all the markets Asia, Africa and Europe. The intern will work closely with the TA Excellence & Effectiveness team, contributing to both BAU hiring activities and strategic projects.

1. TA Projects & Transformation

  • Support ongoing TA initiatives, including:
  • o   Process standardisation
  • o   Candidate experience improvements
  • o   TA technology (e.g., Workday) enhancements
  • Contribute to change management activities (e.g., communications, adoption tracking)

 

2. Talent Insights & Reporting

  • Support preparation of TA dashboards and hiring reports
  • Analyse hiring data to identify trends and insights

 

3. Stakeholder Experience

  • Support coordination with internal stakeholders across HR and business teams
