The HR Summer Intern will support the Headquarters HR team in delivering core HR operations, strategic people initiatives and projects across the organization. This role offers exposure to HR Business Partnering, Organization Effectiveness, HR initiatives and while providing practical experience in a multinational life insurance environment.

  • Support end-to-end onboarding coordination for new joiners, such as assisting with induction planning, stakeholder coordination, scheduling, and first-day readiness
  • Support preparation of onboarding materials and tracking of onboarding progress
  • Provide general HR administrative support to the HR team
  • Assist the HR team with basic reporting, data collection, and presentation materials, as required
  • Support coordination activities linked to CHRO-level coverage (e.g. meeting coordination, follow-ups, preparation of materials)
  • Provide support to project workstreams on responsibilities such as researching, benchmarking, communication content preparation, and help track key HR initiatives, actions, and deliverables across the team
  • Assist with documentation, coordination, and analysis related to HR process improvements
