About the Role
Main Responsibilities:
• Embedded research support to the squad: Work closely with the Data & AI China AI squad on a day-to-day basis, aligning research output with the team’s delivery rhythm to build tight research–practice loop.
• Continuous research on Agentic AI frameworks: Monitor and summarize the latest Agentic AI frameworks, paradigms, and key concepts, with a focus on applicability to DevOps contexts.
• Agent architecture & skill framework contribution: Help research, structure, and define reusable agent architecture patterns, capability models, and skill frameworks to enable repeatable adoption across projects.
• Lightweight experiments & validation: Under mentorship, run small PoCs or comparative evaluations of candidate frameworks/architectures/skill compositions, summarizing fit criteria, risks, and recommendations.
• Knowledge sharing and structured learning: Produce regular research digests/reading notes and support internal sharing sessions to build a systematic learning cadence and a maintained knowledge base.
• Cross-functional collaboration & communication: Collaborate with product/engineering/delivery stakeholders to capture pain points and convert research insights into actionable recommendations and standards.


Requirements：
• Education: In information technology or an engineering degree in Computer Science, Data Science, mathematics or related discipline
• Work Experience: Project agile implementation approach, Good Communication & Presentations skills
• Technical & Professional Knowledge (mandatory and nice to have): Basic AI/ML, Coding (python), Agentic AI usage (claude code, github copilot etc)
• Language Proficiency: Fluent (active contribution and participation in discussion including technical topics and terms) in English and Chinese is essential
