This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as an

Rewards Intern in the HR team in Eindhoven with Signify.

  • Contribute to project-based (local/global) activities to support employee rewards program introductions and/or delivery.

  • Support data based decisions on Rewards related topics.

  • Create excitement and understanding for employees, managers and HR population of the Rewards offerings

  • Learn about the exciting world of Rewards and International Mobility.

While we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:

  • Studying towards a Master's or Bachelor's degree in the areas of Human Resources or International Studies or have proven interest in these areas through previous experiences

  • Strong communication skills in English/ Dutch language skills

    It’s a plus.
  • Strong analytical and data based skills

  • Structured working approach and eye for details

  • Strong sense of ownership and a can-do mentality

  • Excel / data handling
  • Available for 6 months

Notes

  • EU students: To be considered for this internship, you need to be registered as a student during the entire internship period. Formal documentation of this may be requested at any time.
  • Non-EU students in Dutch Universities: You need to be registered as a student, and your university needs to sign the Nuffic Agreement. The internship needs to be a compulsory part of your studies (receive ECTS in turn). In case of non-compulsory internship, you need to have a letter from the university in which it states that your internship contributes to your personal development, what your learning goals are, and what tasks you will undertake during your internship. The letter has to be signed and stamped by your university.
