Buccellati is a historical high-jewelry and silversmithing Maison, renowned for our craftsmanship and the uniqueness of our creations. Distinctive is the use of rare stones with extraordinary colors and the use of white and yellow gold. Buccellati creations stand out for their design and for the techniques used to create them, such as the hand-engraving techniques, dating back to the ancient goldsmithing traditions of the Italian “bottega” during the Renaissance times. To support our Sales Team at IWC Schaffhausen HQ Office in Schaffhausen, we are looking for an

Intern Sales Management (100%)

The Sales Management department is responsible for all the topics related to sales monitoring, budget planning, business transformation, pricing and reporting. Data analytics is the motor of the department. In this position, you will support our Sales Management team through the preparation of various analyses and documents for decision making and contribute to the successful distribution of our watches.

Duration: 6 months

Start: September 2026

YOUR MISSION AT IWC.

  • Support in developing and completing various weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports / analyses related to sales activities for internal purposes, for our distribution entities as well as for the Richemont management.
  • Key focus on KPIs like Sellout trends, Sellin, SOSI, stock coverage, number of doors, productivity, product related KPIs...
  • Development of various presentations for the management team.
  • Support the pricing manager in the monitoring of the worldwide product pricing.
  • Exchange on daily basis with the HQ Regional Sales Managers and the local IWC teams in the distribution entities.
  • Contribution to various sales projects.

HOW YOU BECOME PART OF THE JOURNEY.

  • Currently enrolled in or completed Bachelor or Master’s degree in economics, business or finance
  • Previous internship experience in a related field is an asset
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently and reliably on various projects
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines, deal with a large workload and prioritize importance of tasks
  • Resilient, dynamic and team player personality with a proactive and curious attitude
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel is required, SAP BI, GCP & Looker knowledge is a plus.
  • Written and spoken fluency of the English is required.
