Pflichtpraktikum PR & Influencer Marketing (m/w/d) - Hamburg

 

Für unser Office in Hamburg suchen wir dich ab dem 1. August 2026 im Rahmen eines Pflichtpraktikums in Vollzeit (40h/Woche). Bist du motiviert, uns für die nächsten sechs Monate bei der Koordination und Durchführung von Influencer Marketing- und PR-Kampagnen in Nordeuropa zu unterstützen?   • Unterstützung im Kampagnenmanagement von Influencer Marketing-Kampagnen
  • Selbstständige Influencer-Recherche, Anfragen- und Kooperationsmanagement
  • Übernahme von Verantwortung und Ownership für zugewiesene Projekte
  • Schnittstellenkommunikation mit anderen Abteilungen und externen Partnern (crossmediale Contentplatzierungen, Agenturabwicklung und Pressearbeit)
  • Unterstützung bei der Eventorganisation
  • Monitoring und Controlling von Kampagnen, Kooperationen und PR-Clippings
  • Wettbewerbsbeobachtung, Recherche und Analyse von Social Media Trends auf TikTok und Instagram sowie Erstellung von Best Practices
  • Handling und Verwaltung der Samples

  • Gutes Verständnis und Kenntnisse über die deutsche Influencer-Landschaft
  • Digital Native in Bezug auf die Nutzung von Instagram & TikTok, einschließlich der Kenntnis von Trends und Marktaktivitäten
  • Fließende Englischkenntnisse - mündlich und schriftlich mit einem guten Gespür für Formulierungen und Kommunikation
  • Erfahrung in einem internationalen Arbeitsumfeld ist von Vorteil
  • Gutes Gespür für Tonalität in der Kommunikation und die Fähigkeit, vertrauensvolle Beziehungen zu Influencern und Journalisten aufzubauen
  • Teamgeist, Kreativität, Hands-on-Mentalität, Eigeninitiative und Proaktivität zeichnen dich aus
  • Fähigkeit zur funktionsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit außerhalb der PR-Abteilung
  • Grundlegende analytische Fähigkeiten zur Auswertung von Kampagnen und zur Ableitung von Ergebnissen
  • Anwendungssichere MS Office Kenntnisse
