THE OPPORTUNITY

Piedmont Driving Club is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor for the main clubhouse. In this role, you oversee daily service operations across the dining room and banquet spaces, ensuring the highest standards of hospitality, presentation, and efficiency. You lead and support service and bar staff while maintaining a strong presence on the floor, engaging with members and guests to ensure an exceptional experience. You play a key role in creating a seamless, well-executed service environment while upholding the club’s commitment to excellence.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Assist with the daily setup, organization, and scheduling of summer camps and tennis programs
• Support group coaching sessions, clinics, and training activities for junior and adult members
• Assist with private and semi-private tennis instruction sessions
• Communicate with members regarding scheduling, participation, and tennis programming information
• Support court operations and program logistics to ensure smooth daily activities
• Assist with the overall organization and development of tennis programming initiatives


WHAT YOU'LL EARN

• Commission-based compensation tied to hourly lesson rates
• Hands-on experience in sports administration and tennis operations
• Professional mentorship and structured training from Racquet Sports leadership

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Current enrollment in a Sports Administration or related academic program
• Passion for sports operations, tennis programming, and member service
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, member-focused environment
• Interest in coaching, sports management, or racquet sports operations
• Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive attitude throughout the internship


INTERNSHIP DETAILS

• Internship Dates: May 25, 2026 – August 15, 2026
• Schedule: Up to 20 hours per week
• Location: Main Clubhouse – 1215 Piedmont Ave NE, Atlanta, GA 30309
• Reports to: Racquet Sports Director or Assistant Racquet Sports Director
