The Reverse Logistics Group (RLG) is an innovative technology service provider for global players in the materials management sector. Through our scalable platform solutions, we overcome challenges in consumer goods and material take-backs worldwide and connect all stakeholders within the reverse logistics value chain. About the role


As a Sales Intern at RLG Romania, you’ll be part of a dynamic and growing team, gaining hands-on experience in B2B sales within the sustainability and environmental services industry.


This role is designed to give you a strong foundation in sales processes, client relationship management, and market analysis, while also exposing you to the fast-evolving world of circular economy and EPR compliance.



What we need from you


As a Sales Intern, you’ll get hands-on exposure to B2B sales and client management while working alongside an experienced team.


Your main activities will include:

  • Identifying and researching new business opportunities
  • Supporting outreach and lead generation
  • Preparing sales presentations and client proposals
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis
  • Supporting client meetings (agenda, notes, follow-ups)
  • Collaborating with teams like Legal, Marketing, and Operations
  • Staying up to date with environmental regulations (EPR)
  • Student or recent graduate (Business, Economics, Environmental Studies or similar) 
  • Good communication skills in Romanian & English 
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Curious and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
