We are looking for a motivated and curious Traffic Manager Intern who is eager to learn the fundamentals of performance marketing in a fast paced, data driven environment. As part of our team, you will gain hands-on experience working with advertisers, partners, and marketing technologies, while contributing to projects that drive real impact.

This internship is a great opportunity for someone passionate about digital marketing, data analysis, and creative problem solving who wants to kick start their career in the industry.


What You’ll Do

  • Assist with the launch, testing and scaling of ad campaigns.
  • Help prepare reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Support the organization and maintenance of campaign records, links, and performance data.
  • Support A/B testing initiatives across banners, copy and landing pages.
  • Help analyze campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CR, ROI, CPC, CPM, and CPA.
  • Assist in coordinating with partners and media buyers to activate new campaigns.
  • Help identify new advertisers and business opportunities.
  • Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide backup support during holidays when needed.
  • Support additional marketing activities, including email campaign setup, database management, and deliverability monitoring.


What We’re Looking For

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or a related field.
  • Strong computer and internet skills; comfortable with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets).
  • Analytical mindset with curiosity to test, learn and solve problems.
  • Highly organized, detail oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Interest in performance marketing, ad tech, and data driven decision making.
  • Eager to learn, grow and contribute new ideas to the team.
  • Eligible for an internship agreement with your University.
