Internship - Equipment Product Development

Your key responsibilities:  

Product development 

• Support the engineering team in the development of equipment products (helmets, optics, etc.) and accessories across different categories 

• Work in close collaboration with Product Managers, Designers and engineering teams 

• Contribute to the analysis of product fit, comfort and user interaction 

• Assist in collecting and structuring user and ergonomic data 

• Support the development of concepts, tools or guidelines to improve product evaluation and design decisions

Ergonomics and user interaction 

• Analyze key parameters influencing product fit and interface with the user 

• Contribute to building a structured understanding of ergonomic constraints 

• Translate user observations into actionable insights for product development 

• Support the creation of methods or tools to integrate ergonomic considerations into development processes

Technology and processes 

• Participate in improving internal methods related to product evaluation and development 

• Support the team in documenting findings and standardizing approaches 

• Contribute to linking user insights with product design and engineering decisions

Your Profile:

• Master’s student in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or a related field 

• Strong interest in ergonomics, product development and user-centered design 

• Analytical mindset with the ability to structure and synthesize data 

• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment 

• Interest in sports products is a plus
