About the Role

POSITION SUMMARY

The Intern position is designed to provide students or recent graduates with practical, hands-on experience across various departments within the organization. The role supports day-to-day operations, project-based work, and administrative tasks while offering exposure to business processes, professional development opportunities, and cross-functional collaboration.

ESSENTIAL ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with general administrative and operational tasks across assigned department(s).
  • Support team members with data entry, documentation, reporting, and file management.
  • Participate in ongoing projects and provide support in research, analysis, and execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed.
  • Attend team meetings, training sessions, and organizational activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of information.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding assignments and progress.
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on departmental needs.
TRAINING & EDUCATION
  • Currently enrolled in a High School, Associate, Bachelor’s, or Graduate degree program; or recent graduate.
  • Fields of study may include (but are not limited to): Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Information Technology, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare, or related areas.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred.

LICENSURE / CERTIFICATION

  • Not required.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

  • Previous internship, volunteer work, or academic project experience preferred but not required.

Knowledge:

  • Basic understanding of office procedures and business operations.
  • Familiarity with general technology and digital tools.
