Primary Purpose


Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day IT support for end-users including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Assist in user account creation, access management, and system administration tasks on a regular basis.
  • Support enterprise applications (SharePoint, ERP, CRM, collaboration tools, etc.) by documenting processes, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with vendors as needed.
  • Participate in IT security activities including patch management, endpoint protection, and access reviews.
  • Monitor IT infrastructure performance (Data Center and Cloud – AWS/Azure) and escalate issues when required.
  • Contribute to IT documentation, knowledge base creation, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with global IT teams to ensure adherence to governance and compliance standards.

Qualifications

  • B.E / B. Tech in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, or Information Technology or equivalent.
