Our Global Business Services, located in Gdansk, is ensuring quality and timely processing of invoices and reconciliation of accounts as well as processing bank transactions of Hempel entities around the world.
If you are Student, who is looking for an opportunity to start our career in accountancy (Cash Management) – take your chance and apply to Hempel- we are looking for two new students to join us.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Processing manual payments according to procedures

  • Process the payments and entering them into the banking platform

  • Posting bank payments

  • Booking GL transactions from the bank statement

  • Posting Eurocard/AMEX statements

  • Working on current account: booking interests, rebooking clearing

  • Reconciliation of daily bank

  • Bank and loan revaluations

  • Accounting student in 3rd–5th year, aiming for a career in accountancy

  • Weekly availability of 25–35 hours

  • English and Polish skills at a communicative level

  • Fast learner with a positive attitude

  • Team‑oriented mindset

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data work

  • Deadline discipline

  • Proactive issue‑raising

  • Multitasking ability
