A Day in Your Life at MKS
As a Undergraduate Intern at MKS Inc., you will support the sourcing and procurement activities by collaborating with cross-functional teams. This internship provides a strong foundation in procurement operations, supplier management, and cost optimization strategies.
You Will Make an Impact By:
- Support purchase order creation, tracking and confirmation
- Assist in collecting and comparing supplier quotes and offers.
- Maintain vendor records and help with supplier onboarding documentation.
- Conduct basic market research and sourcing analysis
- Collaborate with finance to resolve invoice and payment discrepancies
- Prepare procurement reports
- Attend team meetings and contribute to process improvement discussions
Skills You Bring:
- Education: Currently enrolled in a university program (Bachelor’s or Master’s level) in Business, Supply Chain, Economics or a related field.
- Strong skills in Excel and familiarity with other MS Office tools
- Organized, analytical and detailed focused.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English
