Job Title: Bank Administrative Intern
Department: Operations / Administration
Location: Caldwell, Ohio
Reports To: Market Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and professional Bank Administrative Intern to support daily branch operations and provide excellent customer service. This internship offers hands-on experience in a banking environment through administrative support tasks, phone communication, document management, and general office assistance.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally 
  • Greet customers and assist with basic inquiries 
  • Scan, file, organize, and maintain banking documents and records 
  • Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, copying, and filing 
  • Assist staff with appointment scheduling and correspondence 
  • Ensure confidential customer information is handled securely 
  • Support branch operations and special projects as needed 
  • Maintain organized workspaces and office supplies 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required and currently enrolled in college for Fall 2026
  • Strong communication and customer service skills 
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment 

Preferred Skills

  • Previous office or customer service experience 
  • Familiarity with office equipment such as scanners, printers, and multi-line phones 
  • Interest in banking, finance, or business administration
