What You’ll Do:
The Product Management team is committed to three key areas: ensuring the competitiveness and innovation of Canadian Tire credit cards, keeping up with evolving regulatory obligations, and offering essential insurance services to protect our customers. This role provides a well-rounded experience in business strategy and new product development.
Perform competitive research to guide business strategy and new product development efforts.
Publish reports on business performance including written and financial commentary.
Use tools like Excel and Tableau to manipulate data and extract insights to develop business recommendations.
Support implementation of business strategies through the collaboration of cross-functional teams.
What You Bring:
Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
Exhibit strong communication skills, with the confidence and enthusiasm to share insights effectively.
A creative thinker who is constantly seeking opportunities for improvement.
Able to build strong relationships through a collaborative approach, contributing positively to team dynamics.
Adaptable and dynamic, able to prioritize tasks based on changing business needs.
Possess a solid foundation of relevant technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
Demonstrate behaviors of accountability, agility, and a commitment to learning from others, all essential for your success

Broadband Salary Range: $23.00 - $37.00 CAD hourly
Our typical hiring range is between $23.00 and $30.00 hourly. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements. We're committed to attracting top talent. For critical roles, the compensation offering will be reviewed to ensure alignment with market rate and conditions and the unique value you bring to the role.
