💼 Position Summary

As a Student Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly face customers rely on every day. You’ll help people with their money, make sure transactions are accurate, and recommend services that can help them meet their goals. It’s a great way to learn about banking, customer service, and teamwork while building your professional skills.

*The typical schedule will be occasional part-time (10-20 hours/week) during the school year & part-time/full-time (30-40 hours/week) during the Summer.

📋 What You’ll Do:

  • Help customers understand their financial options

  • Recommend bank products based on customer needs

  • Greet and assist customers with a positive, friendly attitude

  • Process everyday banking transactions—cashing checks, making deposits, and withdrawals

  • Work closely with your teammates to keep the branch running smoothly
