Role Purpose

The Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning Intern will support the Product Line Planner in the development, maintenance, and execution of the SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) process. This role is mainly focused on creating and continuously improving Excel-based SIOP templates used to consolidate demand, supply, inventory, and capacity information. The intern will contribute to improving visibility, accuracy, and standardization of planning data while gaining hands-on experience in supply chain planning, data analysis, and cross-functional coordination.

 

 

Activities

  • Support demand and forecast analysis.
  • Assist with allocation processes and inventory tracking.
  • Follow up with manufacturing plants on planning-related activities.
  • Prepare planning data and support coordination with operations teams.
  • Help develop, maintain, and improve Excel-based SIOP templates.
  • Consolidate demand, supply, inventory, and capacity information for planning purposes.
  • Support standardization and continuous improvement of planning tools and reports.

 

 

Required Education

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
