About the Role

Description

The Hatcher Group is excited to welcome an intern to join our digital team during Summer 2026. The Hatcher Intern Program is designed to provide college students and recent graduates with an opportunity to collaborate on strategic initiatives, contribute to research projects, and learn project management skills. Interns will also participate in professional development and networking events powered by Hatcher’s dynamic team.

The Digital team seeks students who are ready and willing to learn, while enhancing their project management, digital engagement, and analytic skills to consistently deliver quality work. The ideal candidate is a digital “Swiss Army knife” who can support digital campaign set-up and execution, show off their social media skills through content creation and community engagement, and be dangerous enough with AI innovation to help drive GEO and AEO expansion efforts.

The person will have a passion for their field of study and a strong desire to contribute to Hatcher's work supporting nonprofits, foundations, government agencies, and other mission-driven organizations to educate and motivate people through powerful marketing and communications. Interns are expected to be well-organized, self-motivated, able to multitask, and be team players. This position is open to recent college graduates and students graduating in winter 2026.

Hatcher is proud to offer a work culture with a “flexible first” approach. The preferred location is within reasonable commuting distance to our Bethesda headquarters location for in-person collaboration.
