The HR Summer Intern provides administrative and project support to the Human Resources team while gaining hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance. This internship is designed to provide exposure to core HR functions in a professional and fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities
- Support special HR projects and administrative tasks as assigned
- Help maintain employee records and HR documentation with confidentiality and accuracy
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and HR tracking spreadsheets
- Support employee engagement activities, events, and recognition initiatives
- Assist with organizing training materials and orientation sessions
- Respond to basic employee inquiries and direct questions appropriately
- Support onboarding and new hire paperwork processes
- Assist with recruitment activities including scheduling interviews, reviewing applications, and candidate communication
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous administrative, customer service, or office experience preferred
- Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources or healthcare administration

Physical Requirements
