About the Role
Nous recherchons pour la rentrée scolaire 2026 un.e apprenti.e Ordonnanceur.se Junior.

We offer:

Rattaché.e à la Responsable Ordonnancement, vous contribuez activement à l’amélioration des processus et au pilotage de la performance du service. Dans ce cadre, vos principales missions seront les suivantes :

Structuration et standardisation des pratiques

  • Rédiger, mettre à jour et diffuser les standards opérationnels (processus, procédures, modes opératoires)
  • Organiser et fiabiliser la documentation existante
  • Participer à l’harmonisation des méthodes de travail entre les équipes

Optimisation des flux d’information

  • Analyser et cartographier les flux de données entre les différents outils (ERP, Excel, outils internes, BI…)
  • Identifier les doublons, ruptures de flux et irritants
  • Proposer et déployer des solutions d’amélioration pragmatiques

Pilotage de la performance & data

  • Définir les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) avec les équipes
  • Créer des dashboards de suivi (Excel avancé, Power BI, Looker, ect)
  • Automatiser la mise à jour des données lorsque possible

Amélioration continue & projets transverses

  • Participer à des projets d’amélioration continue
  • Analyser les pratiques existantes et proposer des axes d’amélioration
  • Accompagner les équipes dans la mise en œuvre des évolutions (conduite du changement)

Ces missions pourront évoluer en fonction des projets en cours et de l’activité du service.

Tasks and Qualifications:

Vous préparez une formation Bac+4/5 dans le domaine de la Supply Chain / Génie Industriel ou équivalent.

Vous faites preuve d’un bon esprit d’analyse, d’autonomie et de curiosité.

Vous aimez comprendre, structurer et améliorer les processus. Vous avez un intérêt pour la data et les outils digitaux.

Compétences attendues :

  • Bonne maîtrise d’Excel
  • Appétence pour les outils de data visualisation (Power BI, Looker, …)
  • Des notions en amélioration continue / Lean sont un plus
