About the Role

Job Overview:

As a Business Process Improvement Intern, you will support the team in analyzing organizational workflows, identifying improvement opportunities, and assisting in the implementation of process optimization initiatives. This internship offers hands-on exposure to Agile methodologies, DevOps data analysis, Power BI reporting, and process documentation, providing a solid foundation for a career in process management and continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in collecting and analyzing data related to software processes, performance metrics, and quality trends.

  • Support the preparation of process maps, reports, and presentations under guidance.

  • Help in maintaining and updating Power BI dashboards and data visualization reports.

  • Participate in audits and review sessions to monitor compliance and performance improvement.

  • Document process improvement activities, lessons learned, and best practices.

  • Collaborate with team members from Software Engineering, QA, and Product Management to observe and support process improvement activities.

  • Contribute to team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and workflow discussions.

  • Conduct basic research and benchmarking to identify industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or a related field.

  • Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile concepts.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and interest in Visio, Power BI or data analytics.

  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to process improvement projects.
