一、职位基本信息
职位名称： IT 支持实习生（Service Desk Intern）

1. 工作性质：实习岗
2. 工作地点：上海
3. 实习时长：每周 3 - 5 天，连续实习 3 个月以上

二、岗位职责
在公司 IT 专业人员的指导下，具体负责以下工作内容：
1. IT 设备部署与配置：严格按照标准化流程，完成公司标准 IT 设备（包含电脑、打印机、RF gun 等）的配置、系统安装及部署工作，确保设备符合公司使用规范与业务需求。
2. 用户支持与问题解决：协助处理日常用户支持事务，如系统故障排查、软件安装调试、网络连接问题解决等，及时响应并跟进用户需求直至问题闭环。
3. 测试与优化：参与 IT 硬件设备或软件的功能测试、兼容性测试工作，协助记录测试过程中的数据与问题，为系统优化提供依据 。
4. 文档与流程维护：协助整理常见问题解决方案、工作流程等相关文档，及时更新与完善内部知识库，保障信息的准确性与可查性。

三、任职要求
一般要求
1. 学历与专业：高校本科或以上在读学生；信息技术、计算机科学与技术、网络工程等相关专业；非相关专业但对 IT 技术有强烈兴趣，愿意学习的同学也可申请。
2. 学习能力：具备较强的学习能力，能够快速掌握新工具、新系统的操作流程。
3. 沟通协作：性格外向开朗，善于沟通交流，乐于与不同部门同事协作，具备良好的团队合作精神。
4. 工作态度：工作细致认真，责任心强，能主动发现问题并积极推动解决 。
5. 语言能力：英语沟通能力强者优先。
技能要求
1. 软件操作：熟练使用 Windows 操作系统（如 Win10、Win11）及 Office 办公软件（Word、Excel、PowerPoint）。
2. 网络基础：具备基础网络知识，掌握常见网络问题的排查能力。
