Job Profile

We are looking for a high-energy CA Industrial Trainee to join our Finance & Accounting team at the Caterpillar Manufacturing Facility in Thiruvallur. This is a unique opportunity to move beyond theoretical accounting and dive into the financial heartbeat of a global leader in heavy machinery.

Key Areas of Exposure:

* Manufacturing Finance: Costing, variance analysis, and inventory management.

* Audit & Reporting: Assisting in month-end closing and internal/external audits.

* Fixed Assets: Tracking CAPEX and managing plant-level asset registers.

What we are looking for:

*Must have cleared CA Intermediate (Both Groups).

* Completed at least 12 months of articleship.

*Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Data analysis is key!).

*A proactive mindset and a passion for manufacturing operations.
