Job Description

As a Customer Service Intern, you will support customer service activities and contribute to a project focused on enhancing communication and customer support operations for French-speaking customers across Africa.

You will gain exposure to customer relationship management, logistics coordination, communication techniques, and business operations within a multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Support customer service operations and account coordination activities
* Assist in managing communication with assigned customers
* Support logistics and order follow-up activities
* Participate in customer relationship and service improvement initiatives
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams when needed
* Prepare reports and support operational follow-ups

Qualifications

* Fresh graduate
* Background in Business Administration, Logistics, or Mass Communication
* French language proficiency is highly preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Eagerness to learn and develop professionally
