Job Description

As a Lean Intern, you will support operational excellence initiatives within packaging areas and contribute to projects focused on productivity enhancement, lean implementation, and operational performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities

* Support lean and continuous improvement initiatives and improve GPS score
* Participate in operational performance enhancement projects
* Assist in productivity and efficiency analysis
* Support data collection and reporting activities
* Collaborate with operations and production teams and sustian OEE productivity 
* Participate in improvement workshops and operational follow-ups
 

Qualifications

* 3rd or 4th year university student
* Background in Mechanical, Industrial, or Mechatronics Engineering
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Interest in operations and continuous improvement
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
