About the Role

Provide support to the Customer Service (CS) team in daily material order processing and return operations.

  • Deliver administrative support for fab material return processes, including coordination across multiple departments
  • Assist in SAP-based material and service order management

Provide non-technical support to the Field Service team based on daily operational requirements:

  • Coordinate and support event planning activities, such as engagement days and sports events, in collaboration with the department secretary
  • Support Field Service Engineers (FSE) in collecting and organizing machine logbooks for administrative purposes

Provide additional administrative process support:

  • Assist the CS management team in preparing routine reports
  • Prepare materials for daily DK meetings, including company and office announcements

Support the CS team in overall daily operations.
