About the Role

Company Description

Lesaffre Egypt for Yeast Industries is an Egyptian joint stock company specialized in producing baking yeast and yeast extracts. The company is 100% owned by the holding company and is part of the Middle East & Africa Baking Region.

Established in 2013, Lesaffre Egypt operates across multiple sites including the Head Office in Sheikh Zayed, the factory in Nubaria Industrial Area, and a Baking Center & Logistics Warehouse in 6th of October City.

As a Procurement Intern, you will support procurement operations and contribute to digitalization and documentation enhancement initiatives related to suppliers, contracts, quotations, and procurement records.

This internship offers valuable exposure to procurement processes, supplier management, operational coordination, and process improvement activities within a multinational business environment.

### Key Responsibilities

* Support procurement operational activities
* Assist in organizing and digitalizing procurement documentation
* Support supplier and contract documentation management
* Assist in quotations and procurement records tracking
* Participate in process improvement and reporting activities
* Collaborate with procurement and cross-functional teams
 

Qualifications

## Qualifications

* 3rd or 4th year university student
* Background in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or relevant fields
* Strong organizational and analytical skills
* Good attention to detail
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Eagerness to learn and develop professionally
