About the Role

Company Description

Lesaffre Egypt for Yeast Industries is an Egyptian joint stock company specialized in producing baking yeast and yeast extracts. The company is 100% owned by the holding company and is part of the Middle East & Africa Baking Region.

Established in 2013, Lesaffre Egypt operates across multiple sites including the Head Office in Sheikh Zayed, the factory in Nubaria Industrial Area, and a Baking Center & Logistics Warehouse in 6th of October City.

## Job Description

As a Human Resources Intern, you will support HR operations and contribute to projects focused on enhancing HR documentation and understanding operational workforce activities within the factory environment.

This internship offers valuable exposure to HR operations, blue-collar workforce management, organizational structure, and HR process improvement within a multinational industrial environment.

### Key Responsibilities

* Support HR operational and administrative activities
* Assist in updating and organizing job descriptions
* Participate in understanding and documenting blue-collar daily tasks
* Support HR reporting and documentation activities
* Collaborate with HR team members and operational teams
* Assist in HR projects and process improvement initiatives
 

Qualifications

* 3rd or 4th year university student
* Background in Business Administration, Human Resources, or relevant fields
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Good organizational abilities
* Eagerness to learn and develop professionally
