🧭 About the Role

As a Title & Escrow Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in the real estate transaction process. This internship is designed to introduce you to the world of title and escrow services through real work, mentorship, and exposure to a professional office environment.

🔍 What You’ll Do

  • Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing real estate transaction documents.
  • Support data entry and update internal systems.
  • Shadow title and escrow officers to learn about the closing process.
  • Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide basic customer service.
  • Help schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
  • Perform general office duties such as copying, labeling, and mailing.
  • Contribute to special projects and events as needed.
