Position Description: Briefly summarize the primary purpose & key accountabilities of the position.

实习生必须遵守礼来苏州的各项规章制度及HSE指导方针，严格按照GMP及批记录要求进行生产操作，确保产品符合法规和规程的要求。

Intern must comply with the various rules and regulations and the HSE guidelines in Lilly Suzhou site. He/She shall strictly follow GMP regulations and manufacturing tickets to tightly control the entire manufacturing process, ensuring compliance with all policies/ procedures.

主要职能：按重要性描述实现岗位目标必须完成的主要职责，应涵盖该岗位90%以上的工作内容。

Key Objectives/Deliverables: In order of importance, describe the primary responsibilities, which must be completed to achieve the objects of the position. The description should cover approximately 90% or more of the job content.

• 有GMP意识，严格遵守工作制度，有效利用工作时间.

Has GMP sense, strictly follow with work policies and work efficiently.

• 以主动协作精神工作，服从上级的合理要求，配合同事.

Take the initiative and team spirit in work, obey the superiors’ reasonable orders, and       collaborate with colleagues.

• 能严格按照SOP/WI、批生产记录等公司相关作业流程高效保质保量完成每一批生产任务.

Finish production tasks on time in good quality and with planned quantity according to SOP/WI and batch record.

• 确保在履行岗位职责时，已取得相应的培训.

Receive related training when performing corresponding duties.

• 完成其他一些主管要求的项目.

Additional projects as demanded by production supervisor.
