Four Seasons Hotel Bogotá se encuentra en la búsqueda de un(a) estudiante entusiasta y comprometido(a) para unirse a nuestro equipo de Finanzas como Practicante. Esta posición brinda la oportunidad de aprender directamente de un entorno de hospitalidad de lujo, aportando a la operación financiera del hotel mientras desarrolla habilidades clave para su carrera profesional.

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Apoyar en los procesos contables y administrativos del departamento.

  • Asistir en la preparación y revisión de reportes financieros internos.

  • Colaborar en la conciliación de cuentas y análisis de variaciones.

  • Brindar soporte en tareas de auditoría interna y cumplimiento de políticas corporativas.

  • Apoyar en el seguimiento y control de gastos y presupuestos.

  • Contribuir con propuestas de mejora continua en los procesos del área.

  • Realizar otras tareas asignadas por el equipo financiero que contribuyan al desarrollo profesional del practicante.

Requisitos:

  • Estudiante activo(a) de últimos semestres de Contaduría Pública, Finanzas, Administración o carreras afines (con carta de aval de la universidad).

  • Conocimientos básicos de contabilidad y Excel.

  • Nivel de inglés intermedio (preferiblemente).

  • Actitud proactiva, atención al detalle y disposición para aprender.

  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y bajo supervisión.
