About the Role

Start your career at Ericsson – C++ Developer Summer Internship (Łódź)

Join our Radio Application Software team in Lodz and gain hands on experience developing Application layer on the Radio Hardware.


What you will do:

  • Develop software application using C++, alongside Java-based test framework development with your Mentor,
  • Make improvements and cleaning in existing code,
  • Attend daily Scrum Meetings and reporting your progress,
  • Contribute to real projects, not academic exercises,
  • Participate in system design, software development, and comprehensive testing of Radio Units.


Apply if you have:

  • Student status at a technical univesity (minimum 3rd year of studies),
  • Good knowledge of C++,  
  • Intermediate English or higher, 
  • Clean code mindset and attention to quality,
  • Eagerness to learn more about cutting-edge technology,
  • Availability 35-40 hours per week.

Interns will be offered:

  • 3 months paid internship (civil contract),
  • Hybrid work model with flexible working hours in Lodz,
  • Work on real Ericsson projects or dedicated technical assignments,
  • Support from a technical mentor,
  • Dedicated trainings and an intern integration event,
  • A steep learning curve and knowledge shared by experienced engineers.

Internship start date: 1 July 2026
