Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

In your new role, you will support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our Talent Acquisition (TA) Applicant Tracking platform within our Global HR Platforms & Automation team. You will focus on managing platform-related feedback from end-users, supporting quarterly release cycles, and continuously improving platform functionalities.

  • ATS Automation: Drive automation and digitalization via the TA Applicant Tracking platform for related processes in close collaboration with HR and IT
  • HR Advisory: Support and consult in global HR activities related to our TA Applicant Tracking platform
  • Stakeholder Enablement: Enable platform stakeholders on platform usage, changes, issues, and dependencies
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all platform releases are thoroughly tested and validated before deployment


Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree and an affinity for technology
  • Tools: Experience working in and managing HR (recruiting) systems like SAP, SuccessFactors, Eightfold, or similar is a plus
  • Working Style: Innovation, customer-centric, and problem-solving mindset, combined with a hands-on spirit and great planning capabilities
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, strong stakeholder management skills, and great team spirit
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English (mandatory)
