Job Description

  • Assist in preparing weekly/ monthly reports and performance tracking
  • Assist in calculating, processing, and tracking trade program channels, including documentation, invoicing, and compliance verification
  • Support system/ app monitoring (ePG app)
  • Ensure data accuracy, flag discrepancies for resolution, and support corrective actions to maintain reporting integrity and timely updates
  • Support the development and implementation of standardized processes across Sales Operations to improve efficiency and compliance

Qualifications

  • 3rd or 4th year university student in Business Administration, Economics or related field
  • Available for a minimum of 4 days per week for a 3-month internship
  • Excellent communication, organization and planning skills
  • Fluent in English (working language)
