一、
建立保險專業與服務理念:
1.
教授保險知識及保服業務說明,傳遞協同合作及以客為中心之文化,安排觀摩第一線作業
2.
傳授保服業務分析(包含統計共具應用、分析技巧等)或RPA應用
3.
參與保服數位工具及e通知推廣

二、培訓專案管理與協作能力:
1.
學習協同保服流程規劃及專案執行管理
2.
防詐(指定聯絡人)宣導活動 或 電子契變書流程優化設計
