Technical Solutions Intern:


How will this help you grow

       We are looking for an ambitious intern to support the needs of our partners and prospective merchants. This is an excellent opportunity to bridge the gap between business and technology while learning from experienced professionals. You will be a member of Omise Thailand while working with regional teams to provide product and technical solutions to the market. The role is based in Thailand, but frequently collaborates with teams in Singapore and Malaysia.


What you will be learning

  • Core Internship Outcome: Gain the ability to communicate effectively, analyze customer business requirements, and learn how to use technical knowledge to close or improve our partners' technical gaps.
  • Product & Technical Knowledge: Learn to master Omise products and observe how we creatively initiate payment solutions to solve partners' business problems.
  • Business Development: Shadow and work closely with the business team to identify new business opportunities and provide solutions through product demonstrations.
  • Relationship Building: Support the business team in developing business relationships and partnerships with local stakeholders.
  • Customer Success: Learn how to evaluate partners' business requirements to address possible problems and observe how we provide consultation on integrating Omise's platform.
  • Product Improvement: Help gather feedback from partners and customer-facing stakeholders to give the product team actionable insights.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate internally to understand how teams define priorities and help solve issues across the organization.



Solutions Analyst Intern:


What you will be learning

AI-Driven Documentation & Pre-sales Support

  • Master AI applications to automate and assist in drafting RFPs, SOPs, and Technical documents.
  • Support the team in formulating report cost estimations using AI-driven data analysis.

Streamlining Product Workflows

  • Assist in generating comprehensive requirement documents and exploring ways to automate their recording into Confluence.
  • Using tools to create new feature-enabling tickets to improve the existing product capability.

Automating Reporting Pipelines

  • Support the setup of report pipelines by exploring and applying AI capabilities to optimize data processing, reduce manual effort, and automate report setups.

    You

    • Currently a 3rd or 4th year student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
    • Interested in pursuing a career in solutions consulting, technical consulting, or solution design.
    • Eager to develop a deep understanding of Web-services, data flows, and APIs.
    • A fast learner who is self-driven, ready for new challenges, and eager to build a strong commercial sense.
    • A great team member who enjoys learning from others while still being able to work independently.
    • Developing professional verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and negotiation techniques.
    • Able to proficiently communicate in English, both spoken and written


    Nice to Have

      • Knowledge in the fintech business and the e-commerce industry is a big plus.
      • An interest in the latest trends and issues in online payment topics such as e-commerce, marketplaces, and subscription payments.
      • Programming experience is a plus, including knowledge of development tools and languages such as APIs
      • Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, AI automation tools, or workflow automation.
