Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and optimization of compliance training and activity materials, including PPT, posters, and long-form visual content; with a strong focus on visual design and enhancement to improve readability and engagement.
- Support compliance culture initiatives by contributing to creative concept development and content execution for communication activities.
- Provide support for other Compliance-related work as required.
Qualifications
- Strong aesthetic sense and creative mindset, with a genuine interest in design and visual communication.
- Proficient in graphic design or image-editing tools (such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar); at least one tool used proficiently.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to refine and improve work iteratively based on feedback.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to understand written content and translate it into clear, visually engaging outputs.
- Available to work at least 3 days per week, for a continuous period of no less than 2 months.
Educational Background
- Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student. Majors preferred include (but are not limited to):
- Visual Communication Design / Digital Media / Graphic Design
- New Media / Advertising / Communication Studies
- Art & Design, Animation, Information Design, or related fields
- Interested in transforming abstract, rule-based content (such as policies, training materials, or guidelines) into intuitive and engaging visual formats.
- No prior legal or compliance background required; willingness to learn about compliance, corporate culture, and professional communications is sufficient.
Nice to Have (Optional)
- Prior experience or a portfolio including training materials, promotional posters, or long-form visual content (e.g. content for official social media or internal communications).
- Interest in corporate culture, compliance, or professional content communication.
