Job Description

The Corporate Compliance Intern will support the Corporate Compliance team in executing ongoing compliance activities across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Compliance Monitoring activities, including review of key business activities across Sales, Marketing, and Research & Development functions.

  • Learn how monitoring reviews are conducted by assisting with collection, organization, and review of supporting documentation.

  • Record monitoring results in the compliance monitoring system and assist with development of executive summary decks to communicate key themes and observations.

  • Gain exposure to risk‑based compliance monitoring approaches, including live monitoring, records review, and data analytics.

  • Participate in quarterly review sessions with Compliance Leadership to observe how monitoring results are discussed and used to inform compliance priorities.

  • Contribute to special projects across the Corporate Compliance department.

Skills Required:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience working with MS Power Point

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

  • Experience using analytical tools such as Microsoft Excel and/or Power BI.

  • Ability to be on‑site during designated in‑person collaboration days.

Majors: Business Administration, Communications, Finance, Law, or other business degree

Working Conditions: hybrid role; 3 days/week onsite
