• Analyse des aktuellen AGV‑Einsatzes im WBC
• Aufbau und Auswertung einer Datengrundlage (z. B. Fahrwege, Transportzeiten, Verfügbarkeiten, Ladeprozesse)
• Identifikation von Engpässen, Störungen und Ineffizienzen
• Ableitung und Bewertung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen
• Definition von Anforderungen an das Lagerverwaltungs‑ und Steuerungssystem
• Unterstützung bei der Bewertung einer möglichen Erweiterung der AGV‑Flotte
• Aufbereitung der Ergebnisse für Technik und Management
