Description du poste

Nous recrutons notre futur stagiaire pour rejoindre l'équipe recrutement dans le secteur de l'énergie et du nucléaire, pour une durée de 6 mois. Basé(e) à Boulogne-Billancourt, vous couvrirez l’ensemble de la France pour vos missions de recrutement.

En tant que Chargé(e) de Recrutement en stage, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le développement de nos équipes d’ingénieurs. Vous serez au cœur du processus de recrutement des ingénieurs consultants.

Vos missions seront les suivantes :

  • 📌 Identifier et analyser les besoins en recrutement avec les managers 
  • 🔍 Mettre en œuvre une stratégie de sourcing efficace (jobboards, réseaux sociaux, viviers, etc.)
  • 📞 Conduire les entretiens RH téléphoniques (préqualifications) et valider les candidatures
  • 🤝 Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes commerciales pour le suivi des candidats
  • 📊 Gérer les éléments administratifs via notre ERP/CRM (fiches candidats, suivis, évaluations)

 

Qualifications

  • Vous êtes étudiant en Ecole de Commerce, Ecole d’Ingénieur ou Université et vous recherchez un stage de fin d’études de 6 mois.

  • Vous avez le sens du service, l’esprit d’équipe et une véritable aisance relationnelle
  • Vous êtes organisé, réactif, motivé
  • Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils digitaux et les environnements exigeants
  • Une appétence commerciale et un goût pour le résultat sont vos meilleurs atouts pour réussir.
