Job Description

  • Manage training sessions on the Academy (Internal learning portal) related to ERP System implementation in various locations
  • Maintain and update course materials, user data, and system configurations
  • Collaborate with the ERP and L&D team to ensure accurate documentation
  • Prepare and edit reports
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Support ad hoc administrative tasks as required

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Previous experience with a related agenda is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently 
  • Fluent English (B2)
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility and a positive, can-do attitude

Additional Information

Compensation

Basic wage component (gross): 8 EUR/hour

This amount is our minimum offered salary. Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience, and qualifications.
