Your tasks

 

  • Support all local IT infrastructure related activities for all Brose India Locations
  • Local IT service desk, First level end user support for related hardware, Software, applications such as Operating System, Office 365, Telecom, Printers etc.
  • Support Datacenter active devices monitoring along Shop floor devices
  • Maintain KPI compliance for IT devices such as up to date AV and Patching fo Shop Floor devices along with valid backups as per central guidelines.
  •  IT Inventory and life cycle management
  • Maintain availability for various access control such as Biometric devices, KABA Access control and attendance machines.
  • Follow all ITSM guidelines as per standard defined processes for Incident, change management and available CI.
  • Support on various internal and external (customer) audit requirement
  •  Local Data backup/restore with vaulting.
  •  Telecom communication services which includes LAN, WAN, etc.

 

Your Profile

 

  • Good Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, Applications like MS-Office, Outlook

    Good knowledge of Network Technology
