About the Role
Deine Aufgaben:
  • In deinem Praktikum ergründest du als „Consultant auf Zeit“ (w|m|d) die Bedürfnisse von Banken und Versicherungen und lernst die Projektarbeit im Bereich (agiler) Transformation und Innovation kennen.
  • In Kundenworkshops „machen wir reinen Tisch“ und arbeiten an Themen wie der zukunftsorientierten Aufstellung von Regionalbanken, begleiten Teams durch Transformationsprozesse und befähigen sie. Wir verändern Zielsysteme (Objectives and Key Results, OKR) und entwickeln neue Geschäftsmodelle.
  • Du übernimmst eigene Aufgaben, stellst Gewohntes infrage, bringst deine Ideen ein und unterstützt dein Team bei der Entwicklung und Präsentation neuer Lösungen.
  • Du hast die Möglichkeit, dein Wissen aus dem Studium bei uns in die Praxis umzusetzen und dich durch konstruktives Feedback stetig weiterzuentwickeln.
Deine Skills:
  • Du hast mindestens drei Semester deines Bachelorstudiums erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder befindest dich bereits im Masterstudium.
  • Du bringst idealerweise (erste) relevante Erfahrungen in der Beratung oder im Finanzdienstleistungssektor durch Praktika/Werkstudententätigkeiten/Projekte mit.
  • Du hast hohes Interesse an oder sogar schon erste Berührungspunkte mit der Begleitung bzw. Gestaltung von Transformationsprozessen, dem Thema Innovationsmanagement, OKR und der Durchführung von Workshops.
  • Du bist verantwortungsbewusst, engagiert und teamorientiert. 
  • Du denkst strategisch, hast Spaß an strukturiertem Arbeiten, bist neugierig und kreativ.
  • Du verfügst über gute MS-Offices-Kenntnisse; Kreativitätstechniken sind ein Plus.
