<p>MSAT Engineer Process Management</p> <p>We are looking for an <strong>MSAT Engineer</strong> to join the BGE MSAT Process Management team in Rotkreuz. In this role, you will support daily production activities and continuous improvement projects within a highly regulated manufacturing environment.</p> <p>You will manage compliance-related activities, contribute to deviation investigations and process optimization, and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Quality, Logistics, Development, and external suppliers.</p> <p>This role is ideal for a proactive engineer or scientist who enjoys problem solving, process improvement, and working in a fast-paced, agile, GxP-compliant environment.</p> <p><strong>Your Tasks:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage <strong>non-conformities, changes, and technical documentation</strong> in SAP across processes, methods, materials, and equipment</li> <li>Support <strong>deviation investigations, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions</strong></li> <li>Optimize production processes to improve <strong>quality, yield, and cost efficiency</strong></li> <li>Collaborate with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure reliable product supply</li> <li>Establish, maintain, and continuously improve production <strong>control loops and operational processes</strong></li> <li>Ensure <strong>audit readiness</strong> and compliance with regulatory, quality, and department requirements</li> </ul> <p><strong>Your Profile:</strong></p> <ul> <li>University degree in <strong>Engineering or Natural Sciences</strong> (Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, Material Science, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering) or equivalent technical background</li> <li>First professional experience in a <strong>highly regulated environment</strong> with a strong <strong>GxP / quality mindset</strong></li> <li>Knowledge of <strong>process and product development</strong></li> <li>Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work independently across multidisciplinary teams</li> <li>Proactive, hands-on approach with enthusiasm for taking ownership and driving improvements</li> <li>Fluent English and good working knowledge of <strong>German (minimum B2 level)</strong></li> </ul>
