About the Role
<p>QA Raw Material Compliance Specialist</p> <p>We are looking for a <strong>Raw Materials Support Specialist</strong> to join the QA Supplier Management team supporting the client&#39;s site. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the management of <strong>Vendor Change Notifications (VCNs)</strong>, ensuring supplier changes are properly evaluated, documented, and implemented in a compliant and controlled manner.</p> <p>You will work cross-functionally with multiple departments and utilize systems such as <strong>SAP, TrackWise, and Document Management Systems</strong> to ensure GMP-compliant change management processes.</p> <p><strong>Your Tasks:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Review, assess, and coordinate <strong>Vendor Change Notifications (VCNs)</strong> from suppliers</li> <li>Ensure appropriate <strong>impact assessments</strong> are completed with relevant stakeholders and departments</li> <li>Track, document, and manage VCNs according to <strong>GMP requirements, internal procedures, and regulatory expectations</strong></li> <li>Drive timely implementation of actions, system updates, and required documentation changes</li> <li>Work across systems including <strong>SAP, TrackWise, and Document Management Systems</strong></li> <li>Collaborate with QA, Supply Chain, Operations, and other internal stakeholders to support compliant supplier management activities</li> </ul> <p><strong>Your Profile:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in <strong>Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline</strong></li> <li><strong>5+ years of professional experience</strong> in a similar QA, Supplier Management, Change Control, or GMP support role</li> <li>Strong understanding of <strong>GMP regulations, quality systems, and change control processes</strong></li> <li>Extensive hands-on experience with <strong>TrackWise</strong></li> <li>Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities</li> <li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively</li> <li>Fluent English (German is considered a strong advantage)</li> </ul>
